Scope 

The free review is a high-level "red flag" assessment limited to 30 minutes of document review and a summary verbal or email response regarding notice validity or claim merit.

Non-Reliance

This review is for informational purposes only.  It does not constitute formal professional advice, an expert report, or a legal opinion. No surveyor-client relationship is formed until a formal  Instruction Letter is signed.

Conflict  Check

All reviews are subject  to a mandatory conflict of interest check. JWE Williams Limited reserves the right to decline any review without providing a reason.

Exclusions

This service does not include detailed quantum calculations, drafting of formal responses, or site visits. These fall  under our fixed-fee professional services.

Documentation

Clients must provide a core "bundle" ( e.g. the Contract, the Application, and the Notice). We cannot review incomplete files.

All Instructions will be based on J W E Williams Limited Terms and Conditions, and in accordance with all RICS Regulatory Requirements.

J W E WIlliams Limited Terms and Conditions will be issued following initial engagement to discuss the Services required and following a mandatory conflict of interest check.

No surveyor-client relationship is formed until a formal  Instruction Letter is signed.

JWE Williams Limited reserves the right to decline any Instruction without providing a reason.
